DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
We want your Euphoric Foods experience to be as smooth as your moringa routine. Below you'll find everything you need to know about getting your order and what to do if something isn't right.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once it's on its way.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the link in your dispatch email to track your parcel in real time.
- If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns Eligibility
We want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of food supplements, we're unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
1. Email us at support@euphoricfoods.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked postal service.
4. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If you'd prefer an exchange, let us know in your return request and we'll arrange it.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We're sorry if something went wrong. Please:
- Contact us at support@euphoricfoods.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they haven't been dispatched.
- To cancel, email support@euphoricfoods.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item under our returns policy above.
